▲Machine housing
Hardware housing of Rainbow RBL4040H laser machine was made from 1.5 mm thickness galvanized steel. Ensure nice steadiness of machine when working. And avoid influence of precision from vibration
▲Linear guide rail
X axis was installed with linear guide rail, High precision movement of X direction is necessary for prefect engraving and cutting works.
▲Working table
Very thick raw materials can be engraved or cut because of the height adjustable platform. Honeycomb working table can be used for holding small materials. Good hardness make platform not deform and have stable structure. Stamp clamp under the honeycomb table. it can be used for holding rubber stamps when engraving it.
▲Laser head and belt
Rainbow 4040 laser machine comes with air blowing system on laser head, it is for antiflaming when laser cutting flammable materials. And red point positioning device was installed on laser head as well, it makes you can find starting point easily when begin a new laser work. Rainbow laser machines used imported belt for X and Y axis movement. Each direction has perfect precision.

Ruida control system has a simple control panel which make machine be easy to operate. The machine can work off-line (without computer connection). And designs can be loaded to machine from an USB disk directly. Also economic model M2 control system can be customized in the machine.

RBL4040H laser machine comes with an user-friendly software. Operation guide and videos will be provided to customers with machine together. And engineers provide technial support if customers have any question of software or machine operation.
