▲Linear guide rail

Both X and Y axis of machine were installed with linear guide rails. High precision movement of X and Y direction is necessary for prefect engraving and cutting works. And high standard linear guide rails make laser head move smoothly and no noise.

 

▲Working table

Height adjustable platform make more thicker raw materials can be engraved and cut. Honeycomb platform can hold small materials for cutting and engraving. Good hardness make platform not deform and have stable structure. Both Honeycomb and blade working table are available.

 

▲Laser head and belt

Focus lens will be dustproof in the industrial laser head. And air blowing is build-in the laser head. The laser head comes with infrared red point positioning. Easy to find engraving or cutting beginning position before machine working. Imported belt has high precision on X and Y axis movement. Ratio wheel on X axis make laser head have perfect precision when do engraving works.

 

▲Mirror

Imported mirror adjust light path efficiently. And high quality mirror holder give stable position and angle to mirrors. Ensure prefect light path when machine works.

 

▲Stepper motor

Famous brand Leadshine 57mm stepper motor and driver give high precision movement of X and Y axis to laser head. Make the machine be able to engrave and cut prefect works.

 

▲Control panel

Ruida control system has a simple control panel which make machine be easy to operate. The machine can work off-line (without computer connection). And designs can be loaded to machine from an USB disk directly.

 

▲Software

Rainbow 1390 laser machine RBL1390H comes with an user-friendly software. Operation guide and videos in English will be provided to customers with machine together. And engineer on-line support if customers have any question of software operation or machine operation.
